How long will it take for my order to be processed?

From the confirmed date of ordering it takes about 1-2 weeks to prepare and process the order for shipping. This time varies depending on type of order. This is not in relation to processing and shipping time of the carrier. 

What do I do if my order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date?

In the case of an order not arriving to the address provided on the shipping info, by the estimated date of arrival, you should contact us immediately so we can attempt to track your order or replace/refund for a lost item. 

Can I request a substitution for jewelry hardware?

Indigenous Womxn Art recognizes those who may have allergies or sensitivities to certain metal or structure of hardware. We can substitute almost any dangle style earring if you request before or after your order. Substitutions cannot be made after the order has shipped. 

How do I make a custom order?

If you are interested in a custom order or commission, you can contact us directly to inquire about a piece at indigenouswomxnart@gmail.com or message our social media accounts for the link to our commission application.

This does NOT apply to jewelry and prints. This only applies to commissioned design work.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Indigenous Womxn Art recognizes our responsibility of our orders until they enter the hands of USPS. If an order arrives to you damaged contact us to work out a replacement/refund of the item. We will not replace/refund orders that are damaged after arrival of the item(s).
